Building better mental health for the world,
one community at a time

Why us?

At Two Minds Foundation, we believe that mental well-being isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey; it takes two minds working together:

Our work brings these two into harmony through:

The left mind
(logic, knowledge)
The right mind
(creativity, emotions)

Let's Talk Workshops

We initiate conversations about your needs to help you understand, name, and manage what you're experiencing: before it overwhelms you.

The workshops are tailored sessions to empower you with proactive resources and provide opportunities for emotional expression, fostering self-discovery and personal transformation.

Wellbeing Circles

We hold space for you and your community, offering a safe, supportive environment to share, listen and build tools for everyday wellbeing.

The sessions provide opportunities for emotional exploration and healing through art, storytelling, music, and other creative modalities that foster self-discovery and personal transformation.

Our Story, Your Community

Meilia and Vineeta met in Australia while studying for their mental health counselling degree.
At Two Minds Foundation, we didn’t start with a business plan; we started with lived experience.

The communities we support reflect the paths we’ve personally walked. Our work sits at the intersection of professional expertise and lived experience, ensuring every service is relevant, responsive, and grounded in care.

Two Minds, One Shared Mission

Our name reflects more than our founders or psychology, it embodies how we work:

In partnership. In collaboration. In connection.

Can’t see your community here? Let’s talk.

Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is our support.

We take a community-driven, integrative approach — and we’re committed to co-creating support that reflects the communities we work with.

We’re always open to working together to design inclusive, meaningful mental health programs that meet people where they are.

So if your community isn’t listed, we’d love to hear from you!

Thanks for submitting!

When Two Minds Become Many

Our story began with two minds, now it’s shaped by many more. Hear what students, founders, and community partners have said about working with us.

Lily, University of Melbourne

“Yes, I would reccommend the workshop to other international students! I could have used these tips in my first year to notice what mattered to me."

Sing, Founder, Orp

"Founders should participate in the workshop activities once in a while, it strengthens the connection between them and their stratup. "

Riyadh, Program Coordinator, The Couch

“I was very satisfied with the workshop content and facilitators, the students loved the session.”
